Our printed & rolled canvas prints will require mounting or stretching locally, but will save on shipping cost. This option also allows you to explore your own framing options and makes an ideal gift for your international friends and family

Gallery Wrapped

Gallery-wrapped stretching simply means that rather than stapling on the outer edges of a canvas, we staple on the verso so the staples are no longer visible. Our gallery wraps are 1 1/2 inch deep with a "mirrored" edge. The gallery wrap finish is a great option if you prefer your print unframed because it arrives ready to hang with the wire already installed. Gallery wraps have a more modern, clean feel, and bonus, if you change your mind and decide that you do want a frame, then the  3/4 inch gallery wrap can easily be framed at a later date

Look out for a second email with a download link. Click it to save your digital art file, available for 72 hours to ensure a smooth download process.

Returns

How to return your purchase. I accept returns within 7 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for All return shipping costs. Please send an email to tronja@tronjagallery.com describing the reasons for returning the item(s) as well as the receipt/email confirmation received upon purchase.

**Note: While I try to ensure that all shipments are securely and safely packed, I am not responsible if the package is damage via the carrier during transit. However, if there are damages, please email me to discuss possible reimbursement.

Shipping

When will your order be shipped? Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of your purchase. You will receive an email when your purchase is shipped along with a tracking number.

When will you receive your package? For domestic orders, your package should arrive within 3-10 days, and for international orders, around 10-20 days.

What to expect? I ship items smaller than 8.5x11.5 chipboard envelopes. For larger items, the artwork is either packed in mailing tubes or boxed, allow a couple additional days for larger packages.

Delays? There may be occasional delays whether it is due to the weather or printing issues. There may be times when the print shop I work with run into unexpected problems. Please be patient with me, and I’ll notify you via email for these delays.

Did you write the wrong address or change your address? Please send an email to tronja@tronjagallery.com with your updated address as soon as possible.

International shipping? For international orders, you may be charged duty fees/taxes/international custom charges. The customer is responsible for these additional fees.
